The
State Road 8 Business Park is a Business and Retail Park along State Road 8
in Auburn, Indiana. It is located close to the interchange with I-69,
which is the retail corridor of Auburn and DeKalb County. A new center
anchored by "The Home Depot" is being developed just east of the park at the
interchange.
The Park consists of 10 plots of about
1 Acre each.
Lot number one has already be sold and "Harmony Outdoor
Equipment" has already opened.
Lot 2 and 1/2 of Lot 3 has been sold to Vans Home Center and construction
