Requirements

Minimum Home Requirements:
One-story: ----- 2400 sq. ft. exclusive of open porches, breezeways and garages.
Two or more: -- 2900 sg. ft. with the first floor or ground floor at least 1800 sg. ft.
Garage: ---------720 sq. ft. Garage doors opening onto the street side are not permitted.

There are no time restrictions on when construction must take place.

All plans and specifications for dwelling, fences, walls, mailboxes or outbuildings must be submitted to and approved by the White Loon, Inc. Architectural Control Committee prior to construction.

Soil samples and a well and septic system shall be provided by the Buyer. Mailboxes shall be Box #121 (large rural box) designed by Bacova Guild Mailboxes, available at the Monogram Shoppe at a discount.

Note: Lot owners and builders shall be charged for removal of any building debris left on other vacant lots or common areas in White Loon.
